Staff were lovely and helped us organise a tour and a shuttle bus. Provided lots of free water and the room was really nice and clean.
Breakfast was good and there were many options! Everybody was kind and spoke very good english! Buss and tour tickets were available, shuttlebus came and picked us up from the hotel. I would defenately come back again!!!
Beautiful setting at the lake under pine trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only a short distance away. There is a convenient shuttle service from the hotel which we used in the evening.
Booked another 2 more nights for the same hotel to the extension stay in Da Lat. 1.Able to early check in . 2.Good location with 5 minutes walking distance to the meeting point for the transport shuttle to Nha Trang which is the main objective we booked this hotel. 3.Free drinking water bottle, coffee and tea for 4 pax though only 2 of us staying in the family room. 4.Kettle provided to boil water. 5.A lot of tv cable channels. 6. Spacious room for family type room with two queen beds type.
The room offered great value for money. It was cleaned daily with bottled water restocked. The hot water supply was excellent. When I asked the guy at the reception about buying bus tickets, he went above and beyond by taking me to the bus station on his motorcycle to purchase them. Later, he even helped me change the pick-up location for the shuttle bus. This level of service was beyond what you would expect from a typical hotel. He is a really nice person. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit.
Super friendly staff, very nice travelers. Perfect for solo travelers/backpackers. Every day there is a family dinner for 70k (meat/vegetarian) and shuttle to maze bar afterwards, and you can rent bikes for 150k. I loved it there.
The huts are really cozy and comfortable. Small but enough space for two people and even me who is 2 meters tall can stand in it. Showers and toilets are clean and you can take a hot shower if you want. Soap and stuff is provided. The whole area looks like someone put a lot of love and work to build it :)
My cabin felt like my cosy cocoon. Simple, but with a nice and soft bed and a small but really compleet bathroom. Host Lily is super friendly, hospitible and willing to help with whatever you need on a way thats not pushy at all. Really enjoyed my stay here!
The room has a great atmosphere, and the entire small wooden cabin is very cozy. Both the guests and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
