Location: perfect. 2 min from airport bus stop and la vie mall which has Pingo Doche supermarket . 1 min to SAM bus terminal. As we didn’t rent a car, it was perfect taking bus to places we wanted ( or transport pick up services to hiking)5 min to promenade and 15 min to old town. Unit 3A: our unit is big and kitchen has everything we need that we cooked most of our meals during our 8 days stay. Bring all herbs/oil/salt/pepper with you if you don’t want to buy at supermarket. There are 3 dolce gusto capsules and 3 tea bags. Dish detergent/capsules and shower gels. Extra towels and bedsheets in the closet in case we needed them. There is a car/motercycle rental next door if you want to rent a car. Communication is perfect with whatsapp and instructions via video. Overall we had a great stay and wish we could stay longer!

Our family of 5 (two parents and three kids ages 13, 10, and 6) had an amazing stay here during our kids' February break. The house is exactly as described, and is lovely. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the outside patio was beautiful. We enjoyed wine outside in the evenings, and the kids ate breakfast outside in the morning. The best part of our stay was the host, Sidónio. He was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. He had great suggestions for things to do and see on Madeira, and our trip would not have been the same without his suggestions!
São Vicente
Situated in São Vicente and only 1.2 km from Sao Vicente Beach, Pereira Place - Cottage features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Really great location, the flat was perfect for our stay. Good variety of cooking utensils to cook in the flat. Fillipe was great and really helpful!

The outside spaces are amazing. Different places to sit or lounge and all with an amazing view of the Atlantic. All of this and a friendly, helpful host - I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The place is not very big but very cozy. Host left for us complimentary fruits and vine and the moment we asked for a coffee maker Bruno found and delivered for us a new French press coffee maker. Small electric fireplace made the room warm very quick and atmospheric. Good location for the trails but the car is highly required. We stayed for 3 days and it was quite difficult to order a taxi to the town in the evening for a dinner. It's lovely place probably will come back again.

A beautiful, quirky chalet in Saint Vincent. It was a real pleasure to meet Leonel and his two lovely cats. He was very friendly and makes delicious Madeiran wine! I hope to return soon.
The location was extremely good, the host was nice and friendly and let us stay longer after the checkout. Terrace is quite big. It is dark in the rooms thanks to the window shutters, the rooms are silent, very good for resting.
We loved our Eco Shelter stay! It felt like a real escape. Lovely location, beautiful park and surroundings. The hut was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. We received a lovely welcome from Dioclecio, who was really friendly and great at communicating. If we visit Madeira again, we will definitely stay here :) Highly recommend. Thank you!
Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great view of the sea and of the city lit up at night. So central for everything. Communication was very good, Laura was there to meet us and was really helpful throughout our stay. Previous comments mention loud noise from outside but new doors have been fitted recently and they are extremely good at shutting everything out
Location was beautiful, so close to the Pico hike and just a short drive from Funchal. If it was a cloudy day you can drive for 2 minutes and be I'm the sunshine! The huts were immaculate, beautiful, cosy and serene. Dioclécio was super friendly and helpful, giving advice and recommendations. Everything was super easy going and just what we needed :) Thank you!
WOW! Beautiful modern wooden cabin in the middle of nowhere. Such a peaceful location, but not too far from Funchal if you want to get down (20-25 mins in a taxi) A range of lovely walks from the front door. Amazing shower. Able to stargaze at night. There’s a fantastic ‘snack bar’ just a few mins walk away with super friendly staff and a range of amazing poncha flavours. We can’t wait to go back next year!
Houses are located in a large, old and well-maintained garden, you can enjoy silence and nature. The chalet had two bedrooms, and we were offered to choose either 2 single beds on the ground floor or 1 double bed on the first floor. The mattresses and pillows were awesome. During the day it was great to lie in the sun on a sun lounger in the meadow, and in the evening to sit by the fireplace. We also had a barbecue. Special thanks to the great gardener who gave us laurel sticks for the espetada.
Wooden huts are novel yet comfortable. Nice location to be able to view the sunset. Nice layout / construction. We arrived early (11AM) wanting to drop our bags off but were able to get in the room for 11.30 as soon as the cleaner had finished which allowed us to leave our bags. The seating hill, while windy, was a good spot to view the sunset from. It was REALLY windy while we were there but the wind died out after sunset so we were able to chill and see the hundreds of stars that were out.
Nicely decorated and equipped chalet for our short one-night stay after a very long and rainy hike. fireplace was perfect to warm up. Very friendly and helpful staff.
