The chef is a very talented and sweet boy who always takes care of us and makes the best baklava ever.
Both brothers were sweet and helpful at all times and shared really amazing parts of their culture with us (they even prepared fireworks as a surprise for new years).
PRO TIP:
If you want to take the keep your - we recommend the full day one, because the shorter ones (like 4h) take you only to the main attractions, so the 10h can take you to lesser visited places and in low season you can have incredible locations for yourself. Also you get to see an amazing sunset at the desert.
PRO TIP #2:
If possible, stay more than one night, there is a lot to see.

An unforgetable experience in the desert. We went to see the sun set behind the rocks, and in the middle of the night gathered together to see the stars against the backdrop of nothingness. It was the perfect moment to shut daily life out, and feel alive.
I was the only one who checked in that day and i love it i have all the facilities with me. Everything is there actually that makes u feel at home cooking utensils, gas stove comfortable cabins with privacy curtains,toilet is spotless clean
Great surprise. Tents -rather cabins- are beautifully arranged, heating was very warm, and view through panoramic window were superb. Also, breakfast and dinner were really large and tasteful. Right outside there is easy hill, climb three and enjoy sunrise and sunset. Owners are very friendly.

The host met us at the central car park and asked us to follow him to a private car park, which was his own garage. He then served tea and cookies before one of his brothers took us sightseeing in the desert. Simple huts in Wadi Rum, and location was ok, but would have liked to be west of a mountain so we could have seen the sunset without walking out onto the plain. The host and staff were very friendly. We were incited to a party with singing and dancing, the hotel host played zitar very well. It was fun and cozy.
Very friendly and informative receptionist on arrival and she booked our day on the beach in no time. We were on the shuttle to the beach within 30min from check on. Cold hibiscus tea on arriva was refreshing.They had decent coffee for breakfast while Many places serves instant coffee. And we got free upgrade by free.
