I want to start by saying a big thank you to Ibrahim in reception. He's an asset to the hotel. He did everything possible so we have all we needed, recomended amazing place to eat and organised our PCR test to go back to UK. The hotel is clean, furniture is new and facilities are great. Lovely shiny bathroom. Would deffinetely stay here again next time in Aqaba.

Excellent service from the staff that made my friend's and I stay one to remember. High praise specially to Karen, but also to Eyad, Pedro, Shrouaq , Fadi, Rami, Ahmad (on the pool/beach side), Patricia and many other people who were responsible for really making it extra special. The whole team went above and beyond to make us comfortable, taking care of even the smallest of details, making sure we stayed entertained during our week long stay. The buffet at breakfast and even the one at dinner (which was my favorite) were excellent with high quality items and variety changing every other day. We also really enjoyed Kubba Levantin, designed beautifully and with an Oud Player on Thursday night. Highly recommend it to anyone without any reservations.
