Penca Beach is less than 1 km from the accommodation, while Prieta Beach is a 18-minute walk away. The nearest airport is Tamarindo, 21 km from LA QUEBRADA ECO LODGE Hotel Boutique, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Owners are great! Pool is magnificent! And we rent the tiki(tent) it was son funny!

Operators, two expats from Germany, were super friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Location was good.

Wonderful experience! Holger and Natalie were very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. The room was large, modern, and very clean. Location was super convenient and just overall a wonderful stay! Large grocery store nearby for any sunscreen or snacks and easy walking distance to many great restaurants.
San Juanillo
Located in San Juanillo and only 1.7 km from Pleito Beach, Chalet San Juanillo provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features pool and garden views, and is 2.5 km from San Juanillo Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. Very friendly people on site and the accommodation was the most modern I have had so far in Costa Rica. The chalets were immaculate and the pool was great. Having a kitchen was a real bonus. The closest beach is nearly empty most days. The village is a real tico experience - beats any of the tourist traps around.
Jabilla
Featuring sea views, Totobe Resort in Jabilla features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Amazing property right on a beautiful quiet beach with hardly anybody on it. A bit of a mission to get there but 100% worth it, the staff were amazing and super friendly it is slightly rustic but the view off your deck is fantastic! The waves are fun for surfing also.
Paraíso

Guacamaya Lodge exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and professional, the cocktails in the pool side restaurant were generous and expertly mixed, and the homemade ice cream was decadent and delicious. Guacamaya Lodge is so perfect in itself, and yet, with its location a few hundred yards from a breathtaking, expansive beach, your greatest dilemma will be whether to lounge poolside sipping mojitos, or get some exercise and head to the playa. We cannot wait to return. Well done, Guacamaya Lodge!
Paraíso
Surrounded by the jungle and offering a wooden restaurant, palapa roof bungalows and a swimming pool, Mundo Milo Eco Lodge is located 350 metres from Juquillal Beach.
The Mexican and Persian theme bungalows offer air conditioning and a fan, while the African Bungalow has a ceiling fan and offers a kitchenette. All bungalows come with a private entrance, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a private terrace with comfortable chairs and garden views. The bathrooms are private and have hot-water showers.
Very relaxing all the staff were wonderful the food was great!

great cabins circling a nice little pool. big trees dotted around with monkeys lazing on the branches. Staff were great. really cool and helpful. Susan organised me a taxi to Brasilito for a great price. The German owner was cleaning the leaves out the pool in the evening as it had been very windy. Very personable place. Next to a supermarket, next to the mercadito and the skate park. Altogether a great place in Tamarindo.
The place is so beautiful and the nature surrounding it is amazing! It is a bit outside of Sámara which was nice to have a calm and peaceful stay. They are taking care of the environment around and you can have fresh fruit for breakfast. The hut is tiny but equipped with everything you need throughout your stay. We were received a heartwarming welcome and got all the information we needed.

Own chalet in a cute area with a pool.
The location was away from the town, but there was a free shuttle. This meant the hotel was quiet but the restaurants and beach club were easy to get to and from. The pool was lovely with a fantastic view of the coastline. The room was large and comfortable with a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent!
The view from the hotelroom as well as the Villa and restaurant was phenomenal. The Villa was very spacious and clean. The restaurant staff was very accomodating to prepare ad hoc Kid friendly dishes. The shuttle service throughout the property and to the beach was great. Free kayaks&paddleboards at the beach were a plus!

Location close to the beach, nice kitchen, great clean pool, good toilet and shower, property looks nice and well mentained. We had the private bungalow (wooden cabins) above the surfboards. Great that it had its own seats.
I loved my little wooden hut. It’s all done with lots of love for details. You could easily spend a few days there and you can see skunks, scorpions, birds.
