This place is amazing. Everything is perfect: The location with the view, the friendly staff, the rooms, the food, the pools, the nature, it’s clean, just wonderful. We‘ve seen a lot around the world but Lagarta Lodge is an unbeatable and beautiful hotel. A short drive to the beaches including Guiones (the hotel offers a shuttle service if you do not have a car).

The villa was beautiful. It's a calm place with a very relaxed vibe and makes you feel comfortable immediately. We enjoyed the garden, terrace and pool with the nice view to the fullest. The breakfast was good, loads of fresh fruit. Our room was fantastic, very spacious and the bathroom was soo nice. There was no AC but the ventilator was enough. The hosts were friendly and gave us many helpful tipps (how to get around, what shuttle company to book etc.).

Were were placed in a cabin for 4 people which was very big, cosy and comfortable. Comfortable beds and pillows, cosy and big bathroom with all the toiletries and hair dryer. Free car park and very helpful staff. They have plans every night.

Beautiful small hotel, rooms are individual little huts in polished concrete. Beds are very comfy, sheets are super soft. Good shower, nice aromatic shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. You can take yoga lessons. Ari who owns the bar is a lovely guy with plenty of good recommendations. He offers great cocktails and Acai Bowls for breakfast or snack during the day. Walking distance to a lot of bars & restaurants, a close to beach.

Overall a cute cabin that reminded me of sleepovers at summer camp. The people I met were friendly. However there were no staff, reception or much information about anything on site. Upon arrival I was a bit underwhelmed but luckily the people staying there were all incredibly friendly and welcoming

It was a dream trip - we enjoyed every moment. The view from the room, the restaurant and the pool was a highlight. The food and service were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were of good choice and quality. Our favourite was the ceviche and tuna burger. But all the ones we tried were impeccable. Cleanliness and compliance with current hygiene regulations absolutely satisfactory. I liked their motto "bad road brings good people". It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but they offer a shuttle service if you want.

Hotel Boutique Lagarta Lodge has excellent facilities, friendly staff, a great restaurant, good cocktails, and an amazing view. The room was spotless clean with a spacious balcony. The thermal pool was perfect for relaxing and sipping a cocktail while one watches the sunset. The free shuttle to and from the beach was a thoughtful touch. We enjoyed the nature trail, complete with wild monkeys and a mangrove forest. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Nosara.

Had an amazing stay in this little casita. It was super clean and had everything you may need. Felt so comfortable having an entire cabin for ourselves. Exceptionally good communication with the host and such great value for money.

The pool and the villa on top of the property hill are magnificent. The gym is big and with several activities during the day. The open-air cabins are great to sleep surrounded by the Jungle.
