Looking for a cabin?

For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Accommodation was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on reception and the concierge who organised our shuttle to the airport which was cheaper than a taxi which only carried the two of us and dropped us at our next hotel by the airport. Breakfast was plentiful. Convenient location for walking into the centre.

Location, this is a superb location, surrounded by restaurants and so must to see and do. The room is spacey thanks to the living room. You can’t overlook free laundry, water machine, trash chute, great kitchen with large fridge. You just can’t find this so easily in Times Square at the price. So safe and staff are so professional.

I couldn’t help but compare Holiday Inn Sepang, in which we lay-overed enroute to New York, and Holiday Inn Lower Eastside NYC. Sepang was more luxurious and included a breakfast buffet option as well as free airport shuttle. Nevertheless, Holiday Inn is always a value for money choice.

The hotel has very central location, within walking distance to many attractions, very convenient. The guest room is clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Nice lounge area for breakfast, and 24hr open gym! By the way, they also have shuttle van but to airport (with a fee) which could be arranged in advance and a more economical alternative to taxi or uber.

Poor service, no bar, no breakfast, all shut down indefinitely I was told. All looked very dated inside and dirty.

Location was perfect, the hotel didnt have breakfast. The room had airco to warm it, but it made a lot of noise. So I shut the airco at night, but then I could not sleep because it was very cold. I got a blanket, but that was not sufficient.

The common areas (lobby, garden, rooftop, etc.) are all lovely and modern and clean. Customer service was excellent. I liked the design elements in the bathroom/shower area. And the little shutter-style wooden blinds! Very cool.
