We've stayed here before and have never been disappointed. There is friendly 24 hr reception, the rooms are simple but clean, breakfast from the menu is excellent. If you have time, enjoy the roof top pool, which also affords clear views of the surroundings. The hotel is only a few blocks from shopping and a metro station making exploring Panama City easy. Shuttle service to the airport is available.

The receptionist, shuttle driver and wait staff at the adjoining restaurant were all friendly, helpful and gracious. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area like Tantalos and Nazca 21, walking about to the fish market and the day trips to the Panama Canal and the Embera village, the International Panama Musem and stopping in at the churches.

Airport Shuttle pick up went really smooth and the staff was very kind. We had a pent house room with amazing views, the bed was super comfortable and everything very clean. Nice shower and also coffee and tea was provided in the room. Casco Viejo was easily explorable by foot with nice breakfast and food options. We would definitely recommend staying here :)

Location on Canal is lovely. Restaurants on site. Beautiful, warm pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Only a 10 minute transfer to cruise port. Offers free shuttle, but can be congested. It's only a $10 taxi ride ... not per person .... $10 flat rate.

This is the old Hyatt that closed during covid and has been shuttered for the last 3 years. It is a great location close to walk to areas in the financial district as well as a block from subway train. All new fresh staff with great attitude!

Loved the balcony and view of the Canal. It was so fun watching ships go by. Rooms are large and comfortable. Easy check in process. Breakfast was good with many options and liked having the TGI Fridays on site. We had a late check in and TGI Fridays was already closed so the employee at the front desk let us purchase items from Cafe 1914 even though it was closed also. Very helpful staff, set up airport transfers and a tour. Free shuttle to cruise terminal (was actually the convention center for this cruise) Great pool area
