I loved everything. Left one air BNB to come back to this one for both layovers. I finally got in the pool it wasn't deep but it was clear and lovely. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Convenient for restaurants and the airport also. Beautiful decor. Nice kitchen. Nice staff. I love love love this place. Will definitely come back. Just got the good vibes.

Amazing hostel. Very modern, felt like more of a home. The guy had music playing, was very easy going, and the pool with trees and grass and chairs made it feel like more of a backyard than a hotel swimming pool. This is a hidden gem in panama city. For the price I payed, and the neighbourhood you're in, wow! To feel like I'm in a home instead of a hostel with a pool, I'd highly recommend this place.

When I got to the hostel, the employee responsible for my check-in (his name was Jesus) already knew who I was. Seemed like they were waiting for me! I was so well and lovely treated. In only one night I got to know and talk to awesome people, and the employee was always along with so much kindness and sharing of the experience next to us! Unfortunately my flight was too early and I had to leave without trying the breakfast, but I'm already planning to come back.

Hostal Amador was an absolutely wonderful experience when it comes to the staff, location, and facilities. The couple who run the hostel are so hospitable, kind, engaging, and extremely welcoming to travelers from around the world. They even helped me get a Covid test at the last minute when I realized I needed one in order to transit through the USA. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable! The kitchen facilities are well-stocked and the morning coffee was not only complimentary, but delicious too! I also felt very safe walking to the local mini supermarket, and would have liked to explore the leafy residential area more than I had time for. The WiFi was quite good and fast enough too, and I believe there was a printing service available. Additionally, they arranged to pick me up at the airport and for a very (VERY affordable cab ride to the international airport for my departure. Overall, I had a lovely stay, would happily stay again, and highly recommend Hostal Amador.

The reception is great and helpful with information and also the check in was seamless. The hostel is a great place to meet other travelers and you can prepare your own meals.
