Sannomiya, Kobe
Only a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, Capsule Hotel Kobe Sannomiya offers personable capsule beds for male guests only. Guests can refresh in the public baths and sauna rooms. Kobe Harbourland is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel provided a great selection of hair care products along with it's Onsen-esque bathroom layout. Bathing was comfortable and easy. The capsules were just long enough for me (6'2")and had plenty of room to sit up. I was worried about feeling claustrophobic but was happy with how spacious the capsule was. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with explaining the amenities provided with this stay. As someone who came here for their first capsule hotel experience it is hard for me to imagine anything better than this!

Very nice vibe - a mix of interesting architecture and traditional ryokan experience, with super friendly staff that goes an extra mile. Located conveniently waking distance to all onsens in Kinosaki. A lot of heart put into organising this family-run place!
The staff were truly excellent, they helped us find the affiliated parking garage down the street and even walked there themselves to help discuss the cheapest rate. Afterwards they called around for us to see which recommended restaurants still had a spot for us and took our luggage to the room. The rooms themselves are spacious for Japanese standards and the beds are comfortable. All amenities were available. The cute Mini at the front completes the decoration.
Great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station and local public onsen. The price is very reasonable for what it offers and its convenient location. Owner is very friendly and welcoming, he can make you a freshly grounded coffee with his many years of experience as a barista. Beds were comfortable and facilities were clean and easy to use.
I liked the colors, and the atmosphere. It was also a very convenient area. Definitely would like to stay here again. The host was also extremely friendly and had many stories to tell!
We really liked this place. We booked it for 2 nights. One night we stayed in a European style room, the second night in a Japanese style room (couldn’t stay 2 nights in one room, as they were all booked out). We loved both rooms! Super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. 8 min walk to the train station. Overall we had a great time in Kinosaki Onsen! Thank you!
It was literally around the corner from the station, very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Towels, loungewear, slippers and a toothbrush are included. There is shampoo and soap available too. There is space to lock your suitcase, but it's still accessible if it doesn't have a lock. There's a small locker inside your capsule which fitted my winter jacket and my backpack. There's also a TV and small table inside. The light inside the capsule is adjustable in brightness. Overall really nice!
A well-presented, pleasant capsule hotel. There are changing rooms, which is convenient. The lounge space with a free drinks selection was very good.
The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a grand buffet offering so many tasty dishes for both Japanese and western tastes. The public bath had a lovely hot bath landscaped with natural rocks and a small waterfall as well as other bath options. The lobby had a small play area to entertain children while parents. Planned their day. There were coin operated washing machines as well as vending machines and an ice dispenser. A free shuttle bus takes you from the hotel to the station.
Convenient location. Delicious breakfast. Run by a very friendly and helpful Japanese family
