Athough booking.com accepted our reservation, we found on arrival that the cottage was closed for the winter. We called Sandra, the owner, who was surprised to hear that the booking had gone through the system. Despite being out of town, she contacted her husband, who called us back immediately to arrange alternative accommodation. Mike directed us to their Brukets Marina Guest House. We're grateful to Mike and Sandra for their flexibility and openness, and we're pleased to have found a great base in the area for further hiking in the future! Spacious, clean, 5 mins walk to the seafront, good value for money, with friendly hosts: what's not to like?! We'll come again. Phil and Ula

Great location! Across the street from the airport (50-100m). Nice rooms and very clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. The staff is friendly at any time of day and night and very helpful!
The facility is perfect to catch an early morning flight but can also give you the option to visit the beautiful small city Nyköping. The breakfast was delicious and smorgasbord. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and contained some advertisements as bar a restaurant and a gym.
Fabulous unspoiled location in the Swedish countryside, surrounded by forests, fields and farms, with cattle, sheep and beautiful poneys!! Private lake for swimming and relaxing, yet very near to Gnesta station (direct to Stockholm City and Arlanda airport). Authentic country home with very welcoming and helpful owners. Delicious and copious breakfast in an amazingly elegant dining room overlooking the lake. Room and bed very clean and comfortable.

Very close to the airport in a quiet green environment, with a pleasant and cozy large lobby, very clean room and bath, and satisfying breakfast. A very convenient hotel for those flying early in the morning or arriving late in the evening, to avoid the stress of the transfers to/from Stockholm and nearby regions.
