The staff was very friendly and was very helpful, the location is great and beautiful!

Kristinehamn Herrgårdscamping also includes 2 children's playgrounds. During summer, guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant Skymningen Mat & Café. The property also offers mini-market.
The location right next to the lake is amazing. All the huts have a beautiful view of the lake with sitouts towards the lake and the setting sun. The huts themselves are compact and sufficient. The kitchenette had enough cutlery and utencils. The bathroom too was sufficient in size without being cramped.
Karlstad
Traditional Swedish dishes are served for lunch and dinner at Karlstad Swecamp’s restaurant from May through August. Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace in nice weather. Barbecue facilities are also available on site. The house was very clean and well equiped
Säffle
At the campground, each unit is fitted with a outdoor furniture. Some units also have a well-fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. All units will provide guests with a fridge. Absolute first class camping ground. The kitchenette in the cabin is fully equipped with proper pans and pots to cook with. They even provide dish liquid cleaner, sponge and brush for cleaning dishes. There’s 2 washing machines and dryer for campers to do their laundry for free that you need to reserve on the paper form, which is very convenient. You just need to bring your own washing powder. The lake is just around the corner and a delight to swim in.
Sörbo
Just 100 metres from a sandy beach on Lake Vänern, Sikhall Camping offers simple cottages with a kitchenette and terrace. Vänersborg is 25 minutes’ drive away.
The campsite’s seasonal restaurant serves burgers and Tex-Mex as well as à la carte dishes. Guests can have an after-dinner drink in the bar. In summer, live music is sometimes arranged. There is also a minimarket open in high-season.

Scenically located near the hill of Skutberget, right by Lake Vänern, this well-equipped camping and vacation village offers modern, comfortable cottages with excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation. Free WiFi is available. What a nice place to stay and have a good time. We surely come back again.
Mariestad
Featuring a garden, bar and views of lake, First Camp Ekudden-Mariestad is located in Mariestad, 39 km from Skövde Arena. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The campground features family rooms. The stuga was great. Everything we needed was provided and the view was great!

A nice cabin overall; clean, well equiped for a short stay. A great view of the beach and the lake.

We stayed for a night on the way from Skåne to Sälen. Karaby Gård had everything we needed for an overnight stay. It seemed very clean and we appreciated the free tea and coffee and biscuits. The children loved the visit from the cat in the morning!
Easy to check in. Quiet property with beautiful views of the forest. The property was awesome! Very clean and tidy, the beds were so comfortable and the evenings were quiet and peaceful. We’ve stayed in a lot of various hotels, apartments and cabins and can honestly say the missionshus was by far the most comfortable and best rental place we’ve stayed at! Would definitely book again if in the area!

We stayed at the cottage, with 2 bunk beds (for 4 people). The cottage was very clean and cosy, it had everything you needed. The receptionist was very friendly and made great suggestions on sightseeing/hiking. There is a great nature reserve Yttre Bodane, easy hiking, really nice. You can rent a bike for free, you have a barbecue place in front of cottage. The lake beach is really nice. Free parking by the cottage. If you don't have your bed linen or towels, you can rent them (4x bed linen and 4x towel was 300 SEK)
The location was amazing! Right at the water and with stuga 1 a good view is guaranteed because the campers cannot parc there. The sunset is perfect. The facilities are very clean. We loved that the house came without candles etc. Simple. Playground.
The Camping is small, which makes it also quiet and nice, if you don't like much trouble or noise. And the toilets, showers and common kitchen gets cleaned twice or even three times a day, which is very nice! The staff is very friendly. The beach and surroundings are also very clean and many local people come to the beach. We liked that. The shalllow water is ideal for small kids.
