All the apartment was very clean .
The property is in the heart of the town, near the university. A few minutes from the centre by car, 10-15 minutes of walking to the centre. Very large room and comfortable beds. Very clean. Quiet area. Car parking free and safe. Does not have breakfast facilities which was not important as walking few minutes you find a lot of shops and places where you can have a decent breakfast.

I liked the most that the guest house is located very close to main attractions and in the center of the city. You have everything there: restaurants, parks, supermarkets, SPA, children playgrounds, everything is very nice. The guest house is very cosy , the breakfast has a varied menu, the rooms are very clean and everything is brand new, I highly recommend the place!
Very good location right in the citadel, very clean and comfortable
The location is absolutely amazing, in the nature. Very good size of the living and both rooms. In the kitchen you have everything you need if you want to cook, lovely balcony with beautiful view. You have the barbecue in the garden if you want to use it and also tables to sit and eat in the garden if you like. Much appreciated the jar with coffee and the coffee machine for your use. I would absolutely recommend this location.
We had a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, very clean, with a lot of space in the living area. The bedrooms are very nice, comfortable beds. The outside area is also very nice, you can enjoy a barbecue, a coffee or the kids playing outside. The host was also very nice, he managed to accommodate an early check in and a late check out, for which we are very grateful.
Well located in Sovata, having restaurants very close, small shops nearby, very clean, big rooms, nice outside terrace with barbecue amenities. Very helpfull owner, we just called for some extra towels and sheets, and they provided in a very short time.
Very lovely place close to old town. The room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Hotel offers well equipped kitchen and amazing garden with terrace, barbecue area, stone pizza oven and beautiful view! The host was very friendly and welcoming. I truly recommend this place!
I really enjoyed my staying at casa Julia. We were 20 minutes walk distance from Ursu Lake and the animated side of the city and the closest hypermarket was at only 6 minutes distance. The rooms are very spacious and very clean, with a nice view from the balcony. There was also a full equipped kitchen and barbecue facility.
