They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

Guests can enjoy the pool with a view and garden at the apartment. the breakfast was not varied, it was prepared and portioned, the day before and put in the fridge!! at this quality, what do they claim to have in a hotel or apartment (What is it) I expected more! the sauna is small (2 people if you sit down) and it doesn't work! they start it when you get to the spa area (even if you have an appointment made in advance)!
