Ermida
Featuring mountain views, Ermida Gerês Camping provides accommodation with free bikes, a garden and a bar, around 10 km from Geres Thermal Spa. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the campground free of charge. A tour desk can provide information on the area. We were walking the GR50, we were wet and cold and stay was very welcome. Great showers and the cafe area was great to relax in. Very friendly atmosphere
Fiães do Rio

The yurts are confortable ( for a yurt 😄). , safe. They don’t overheat . The location is breathtaking and all is super chill.All was super clean , including the shared toilets!!
Rio Caldo
Featuring a garden with barbecue facilities, sun terrace and free WiFi, Pichoses Gerês Camping is a campground in Rio Caldo. Offering a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, the property is located within 3.1 km of Sao Bento da Porta Aberta Sanctuary. The property is non-smoking and is set 600 metres from Canicada Lake. This cute little pod was exceptionally clean on our arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The cooking facilities were great, the water was hot and the shower really nice. The site is really close to many beautiful nature walks and great for exploring the nature park. It has a pool, which we didnt use, purely because we were out exploring, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 days here but wish we could have stayed longer. We visited in April which is "off season" so the site was quiet but the nearby restaurants and shop were open. The pod is very good value for money and would love to revisit. I would recommend to others
Rabuide
Quinta Miminel is a recently renovated campground in Rabuide, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, open-air bath and garden. The apartment is nice and very clean with a great view and location for exploring Penada-Geres. Definitely the best of all is the owner Mrs. Rosa, a true example of a welcoming host. Thank you <3
It’s located in a beautiful Village. Great for hikes. It’s very clean and quiet, the family that owns it is super nice and breakfast and dinner was tasty.
The view was outstanding and the staff as well. Everyone was super nice, even the friendly pets. Very clean and tidy. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of homemade treats.

For a two-star hotel the comfort is excellent, the room very clean and it provides a very good breakfast. The location is superb. The staff is very nice too.
We were there in December, cold weather. This hotel is fitted for warm weather. We felt cold. Tiny rooms, although very clean. The electricity failed a few times - probably because it could not handle the demand... The place was full, due to a sports event. The staff was helpful.
Very clean, a lot of space in the living room and kitchen, excellent view on the river from all the rooms and the terrace, a nice beach right there (no need to go anywhere else for that).
The house is very clean, renovated with good taste. The kitchen was very good equipped. The space around was well organised,. You can have barbecue or relax on a sun beds having impressive views around -. we enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!
