Get up close with wildlife and nature at Leopard Trails Wilpattu, a campsite with tents offering a private bathroom. Breakfast is included for guests during their stay and airport shuttle services can be arranged at a surcharge. Incredible property, clean and luxurious tents, incredible food, very knowledgeable guides. I highly recommend. Do remember to budget for a game ride($70pp), it's a must see/do.

The service at Wild Wadi Wilpattu is impeccable. You will never meet people who will do more for you. The location is a serene paradise; when you stroll out in the morning you see peacocks and monkeys, and in the evening you can sup a cold beer and watch the forest colors change from green to purple to black. It’s a magical place. The food was amazing and the full day safari they arranged for us was superb. The hospitality of Aryun and team was unrivaled. You can book with one of the incredibly expensive places that come up first on google, or you can book with Wild Wadi Wilpattu and have a more personal experience for half the price.

Barbecue dinners are served around the campfire by the nightly camp, providing an intimate jungle dining experience. Guests can also enjoy free drinks at the Jungle Bar.
Intimate jungle dining , night walks , cooking lessons , treasure hunts for kids can also be arranged and included in the price you pay. Family tents are provided based on requirement.
Such a nice place! Highly recommended if you want take a breake and forget about world for 1/2 nights. Ten was clean and cosy. We ate a delicious dinner in the middle of the forrest at night. Safari was very nice and what it the most important - not as commercial as others. The servise was very good! :)
Puttalam
Set in Puttalam, Arachiwil Green Nature Resort features accommodation with access to a fitness room. This campground offers free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the garden and inner courtyard. This place was in a really cool location set amongst 30 acres of coconut and mangos. The young guy was super friendly and he made us coffee and helped us order dinner to be delivered then he set it all up for us in bowls and wouldn't let us do the dishes. He was very kind. The room and bathroom is basic but has everything you need and everything is clean and mosquito net and fan. We expected basic and for the price it's great. It's off the tourist path but for us it was good as we had our own tuk tuk

One of the best placed I amstaying is then perfect front of the beach roo. It is a very comfortable air conditioning, running well service staff, and outstanding great service especially breakfast, a lot of variety provide very nice breakfast, highly recommended
We stayed off-season and had the place mostly to ourselves, so it was very peaceful. Our room was cool and comfortable, and had a nice outdoor bathroom. The location by the lagoon and a short walk to the beach was fantastic (bear in mind it's not the kind of beach you can swim in). The food was great and the staff were helpful.

Located on the beach. Rooms are small bungalows. We were upgraded to a large room with 2 double beds. My dad had the unit above us. His balcony was nicer just because it caught the breeze better. 2 pools! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great!
Very beautiful and quiet cottage. Had the room on the top, very clean, with fan, a nice outdoor bathroom. Very kind host, the cook prepared delicious meals for dinner! Great various breakfast. Big room and comfortable mattress. Little away from the beach, but you can get free bicycles.
Location was fantastic, staff were extremely helpful and very much there for us whenever we needed. The camp is very well set up with little areas for everything (check-in/reception, dinning, chillout space with couches etc and huge double tents Accom are all in their own little zones). If you like the idea of the camping vibe but still like a the pampering then I definitely recommend. It is for sure five star glamping due to the service provided
We really liked this hotel a lot. first and most important I would like to mention the friendliness of the staff and manager who were always very helpful and caring - really great! The hotel is located directly at the beach, allowing to see great sunsets. Everything is very clean. The location is very nice at a beach with lots of palm trees. The hotel offers a tuk-tuk in case you want to go somewhere else.
Nice breakfast and very nice staff. They let us check out a bit later thus we could enjoy the beach a bit longer. We also had a great barbecue and they were generally very attentive. We can easily recommend the place
