Two types of breakfast: english and local. The first one is a typical but it's still okay. The local one unfortunately was too spicy for us, but that's a good experience. The portion was quite large. Good swimming pool. The hotel area looks good as well. The property offered scooter rent.

The hub has everything you need, simple but comfortable with a front sitting are, just like the photos. Breakfast is amazing, so good and very filling. We left our bags and came back for another couple of nights.

The place was very big with a nice garden including some donkeys and cows. All facilities, including food, showers, and cleaning, were at a very high quality, including a high quality wifi connection(which is rare in kalpitiya) The location is very close to the kiting lagoon and is suitable for kite surfers. Will definitely be back
