The host is phenomenal: he sent his first e-mail the day we booked the apartment and stayed in touch offering help (parking, navigation etc.).
The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The atmosphere is both stylish and domestic: we felt at home at once! The apartment is located in the historic centre of Prato which is very convenient if you want to go for a walk, do some shopping or have an ice cream.
Alessandro was the great host and made our stay very comfortable. He was readily available for any support related to apartment, city etc. Apartment was very clean and towels, linens were almost new.
Very fast and easy connection to Florence centre. At the same time Prato is just lovely and has lots of museums, shops and nice bars as well. Perfect balance between busy Florence and sleepy Prato. The apartment is really nice, very clean with old ceilings. There is everything inside you might need. And the apartment is right next to the railway station and is in the old city centre at the same time. We loved our stay there. Also tge owners are extremely friendly and left even some snacks for us.
Great location, nice apartment very comfortable and very clean. Bed is a real bed! (in the photos it was a fold out couch), but I wish they also had a couch as well.
