    Best location close to old Split, market, cafe, harbor...(less than 5 min. walk) very quiet. The room is very clean, freshly renovated, in a beautiful building from inside... Perfect for a couple, the place is well equipped, bed very comfortable. Supermarket and restaurant are very close. Take a walk in Marjan Park, a beautiful view and quiet place, fresh fruit in the market, gelato... To visit Split, Trogir, island, Marjan Park and beach, you should stay 3 nights...Have fun!

    We were welcomed at the property by the host he was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment was in a perfect location in short walking distances of the beach, the marina and port. We had an amazing stay and the host is very hospitable nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much would highly recommend.

    Brilliant Very clean and comfortable room. A nice swimming pool separated from the street with a high wall, a large terrace with a view of the sea and a jacuzzi. The facility is located in a good location, and the largest beach is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. 20 minutes walk to the old town. I would definitely come back here!

    Host: Ana was amazing. Very communicative and available through booking.com chat and whatsapp. Had great advice. Location: 5min walk to žjan beach. 10min drive to riva promenade/old town etc. Uber was 6e one way. Apartment: was nice and very clean. Balcony had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Bathroom amd kitchen were well stocked. We cooked dinner one night and had all the utensils we needed. Wifi: was strong, great. Restaurant/café: 50ft from the apartment. Convenience store: 50m from the apartment.

    Family owned and very friendly. Excellent service and you can even call for assistance using WhatsApp, great idea!Very modern and well equipped building and rooms. Very clean too. Free parking on site. Fantastic views of the bay from the balcony and right by the beach. Enormous and luxurious shower too! Very close to a multitude of restaurants and several supermarkets and convenience stores. I would definitely recommend Rooms Zvonimir!

    Everything was just perfect. Very clean and nice apartment with great beds for all. The most generous and wonderful host - she was just so welcoming and helpful. Very close to a great Beach. The restaurant at the camping split is great value - excellent view - good food- very nice staff and very affordable.

    Property was very clean and tidy with good facilities. The person managing the property was on hand daily and extremely friendly and helpful as was their wife. Property had parking and an outside terrace with a barbecue. Wi-Fi was very good. The property is in a central location in a friendly residential area but close to the beach, supermarkets and a garage around the corner if you need fuel. Towels and bedding were provided and all spotless. I would definitely recommend this property.

    The owners were really friendly and all was very clean. The apartment was near to the beach and we got very nice tips for things to do in Split. There is also the posibility to Do a barbecue. We really want to Come there again.

    The property management team were excellent, always responding immediately and very accommodating. Apartments were very clean and good facilities, great views from the apartments with balconies and an added bonus was the fantastic swimming pool and barbecue area which opened the day we arrived and wasn’t advertised. Beach close by and less than 2km into main area of city Centre, if your active no probs walking if not Ubers always available.
