    The location is perfect - 30 seconds from the shore line. The room is spacious, clean, and stylish. Hot shower, fan, AC, a table with chairs for working on your laptop or eating.

    Booked an AC Dorm for a week at 12 Monks for my first solo trip ever. The stay was amazing, it's right by the beach. You can stay at the hostel all day enjoying the sunset from the outdoor lounge area. Everything you need is at walking distance from you, the restaurants, bars, cafe, market, sunset points, even the Arambol Sweet water lake. The staff of the hostel are amazing, very friendly. Met some amazing people at this place. 10/10 already planning my next visit to 12 Monks.

    The A/c didn’t work. The bed was very hard and pillows flat and old. Mosquitos get in and there is no mosquito netting. Wi-Fi was awful- def not a place to attend any online video calls or stream any kind of video. Wi-Fi basically just strong enough for I text. The hot shower was great. Staff was kind.

    What a place ! The guys are really nice, a group of friends chilling by the beach , enjoying life and Making us to enjoy as well ! The sound of the waves from every where in the hostel , being on the beach , beautiful sunsets, magical moments ! The rooms are simple and very clean ! The beds are comfortable . I fell in love and I can’t wait to be back in Arambol :) Thank you Ayush !! 🤍🙏🏽✨

    Everything about this place. New facility that's kept well. Has everything that one needs, and we really enjoyed it here. Hot shower, peace and quiet, good location, friendly owners, responsive to needs, pigs, and monkeys to entertain on rainy days. The one stove cooker was amazing, along with strength of wi-fi. AC was on point, along with friendly faces through the village

    Convenient location, close to the beach, within walking distance of shops and cafes. I liked the common area with a gazebo and the presence of a veranda in each house. Excellent attitude to guests, responsive staff, very hospitable host.

    The host Ajay is very kind and accepting. He arranges for practically everything you want. The property is very close to the beach and if you are looking to experience beach sunset. It is the place to go. The room were decent with no ac as it is designed to give rustic feeling. 9/10
