    perfect little place for beach holidays! perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. I really liked the pool and the palms around. the staff was super helpful and the beach bar is perfect to spend the day at the beach. the bungalow wad clean and big enough. also great to have a fridge in the room. hot shower and balcony with garden view. very clean place! great service! calm and quiet place to enjoy yourself really recommend this place!!!

    What an amazing place...The staff was so accommodating..I made a last minute reservation for my parents as they had a terrible experience at another resort and had to check out immediately ( Zulu Land cottages). The owner and staff made arrangements in 15 mins and made sure that my parents had a comfortable stay. Thank you for the same . I will surely visit the place again. Location of this resort is also perfect..The place is beach front ..Simply amazing to watch the sunset and sunrise from the comfort of ur room. Swati K

    The apartment was fine - good fresh towels - apartment musty on arrival but once air con and fan in for a few hours all good - ideally located 50 yds bags beach. Quiet despite location to clubs and bars - great hot shower - good air con and Netflix 5? If you fancy a lazy evening

    I must say it’s a great place to stay for a couple and have a lovely time during there vacation in goa. Its totally awesome with few minutes from the beach. The view looks amazing during sunset and sunrise. the hospitality is looked very well. The room service is also great and ambience is out of the world

    Good location Within walking distance to shops restaurants etc.perfect also walking distance to beach nice shacks on the beach that don’t charge for sun beds.the cottages were ok got everything you need in them ,just take some mozzy spray because of the trees round them , I took a can of fly spray which I gave it a good blast before I went out .The pool was nice ,clean & warm .had a nice stay … yeah I’d go back .

    the property is gorgeous and feels like heaven. it is surprising how it is on baga beach , yet has it small serene beach access! best for people to escape the loud noisy beaches of calamgute and baga. The staff is very kind and let us use the pool area after checkout as we had a late flight. The room is superior room is gorgeous with a proper hot shower. the location is great - small stores , wine shops, big bars and a hidden gem restaurant (Relish).
