    We came to Isle Of Man parkrun and the weather was extremely windy and wet. We were due to book in at 3pm at the Best Western Palace so when we arrived at the hotel, we were wet through and very muddy. We couldn’t go to our rooms as we were too early, but we were allowed to use the pool, spa and showers to clean up and change into dry clothes. We were so relieved to have a hot shower with towels and facilities all free.

    This is a fabulous apartment, very roomy, comfortable and well equipped with entertainment and kitchen equipment. And the view over the water is amazing - watching sunrise, sunset and a very dramatic storm!

    The hotel was close to all shops bars and restaurants. The bar attached to it Sir Norman's was lovely. We had an atrium room and the view of the gardens was great and it was nice to sit on the veranda and relax .

    A really enjoyable stay, lovely clean room, hot shower, comfy bed and good tea / coffee making facilities and a very good breakfast selection. Shirley and Marianne were lovely, helpful and welcoming. I am hoping to stay there again in a few months time.
