The manager (I believe Sam was his name) went above and beyond and discounted our room, gave us some vouchers for the hotel bar and valeted our parking! It was great PR and we were impressed! We searched the car to no avail until I remembered where I left it We could not turn back as we were going to Denver for our Son's wedding. I had torn up the receipt so I didn't have the number to call When I finally got it I called and the lady at the front desk told me the Maid, Camilla had found it and returned it. The front desk lady who put up with my initial "This is an emergency" and Camilla are in my deepest debt and are to be rewarded for honesty which is often missing in today's society Thank you so much.
