Clean, tidy, affordable, modern and plentiful facilities, ideal location, friendly staff and the heater was on when we arrived so the room was really warm which was really nice.
I like that it was very updated and a quiet location. Room was warm and loved that there was a shared eating and entertainment area for everyone. It was very clean too, we were running late and the owner was very friendly and accommodating for us a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.
The location is excellent, 1n easy 15 minute walk to Queenstown. The villa was very clean, and the reception staff were excellent. Any request was dealt with professionally and swiftly. The villa is quite spacious and is self contained. There is parking outside or in the single garage allocated to the villa.
Great kind people, enjoy our lovely chat and very accommodating! Our room is very pleasant, old facilities but very spotless and very clean. Location is quiet and convenient. Very close to the Moraeki boulders. Would definitely stay here again if we go back.

Central location right near DOC office and pick up for Routeburn. Very clean and comfortable. Love the pods with their private roller blind. Slept well. On the strength of this stay I’ve also booked into Lylo Auckland. Laundry facilities onsite. Kitchen was cramped but serviceable. Queenstown is super expensive would recommend the Bakery nearby on Shotover St for cheap sandwiches and pastries. 2 supermarkets a short 10 minutes walk away for tramping refuel.

Fantastic location with a delightful walk along the lakefront to town. Spotlessly clean and everything needed for a comfortable 2 week stay for 4 adults and a child. Great facilities. Secure off street parking. Lovely gas fire as well as fans and air conditioning. Staysouth were very responsive when we had a minor issue with the gas fire and a pleasure to deal with. Our stay was fabulous!
Was very clean, spotless. Location to the heart of Queenstown was great for an older couple. The view of the lake, Mountains, and fresh air from the balcony was awesome.
