5 year old 2 bed 2 bathroom cottage situated close to Lake Dunstan and Cromwell Heritage Precinct, fully furnished, well equipped kitchen, heat pump/cooling and laundry. Living area LCD TV, wifi and internet access. Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite.Second bedroom with 2 single beds . Main bathroom. The cottage is secluded from the street with secure parking. Rate is inclusive of linen and cleaning. Complimentary milk tea and coffee provided. 2 Non e bikes and 2 kayaks available for free use. cycle trail transport optons available by negotiation

Located 200 mtrs from Lake Dunstan with swimming. jet boating, water skiing and kyaking. A short walk to golf course. Close to cycle trails with cycle hire available locally. Attractive location for Highlands Motorsports Park, Warbirds over Wanaka, local wineries, winter ski fields, Queenstown and Wanaka. Close to Lake and Old cromwell Heritage Precinct with cafes restaurant art gallery and gift shops. Main town is approx 20 min walk. Free Parking on property
