We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

Niseko Bisha 美舎 Onsen Villas offers a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 10 km of Hirafu Station and 7.5 km of Niseko Station. Housed in a building dating from 2022, this villa is 17 km from Shinsen Marsh and 17 km from Kutchan Station. The property is set in the Niseko Moiwa Ski Area district. Great space with a great staff. Would stay again. Danny was very helpful.

This recently renovated homestay is located 800 metres from Kutchan Station and 15 km from Niseko Station. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, and luggage storage for guests. Slope is the best guesthouse in Niseko! It is very clean and convenient. More importantly, House owner is super nice and friendly. At beginning, I planned to stay only 3 nights, but finally I extended the stay to 2 weeks. What’s more, I made friends with other guests here. In a word, I strongly recommend SLOPE. Next time I will choose to stay here too.

They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day!
