This is a great hotel,with good size rooms. Ideal location for the airport and for day trips around the area. Myself and my partner stayed there several times over the two weeks we were in Japan as it suited our travel plans and we like the hotel.

Great hotel, perfect location to monorail. No need to use the Disney bus from monorail to hotel as only a few minutes walk. Large, newly renovated room which was very clean and amenities restocked daily. We had a bay view (aqua) which was lovely. Overall great hotel and ideally located for both the Disney parks.
The location was ideal for visiting Tokyo Disney and Tokyo Sea. Staff welcoming and supportive. Particularly helpful at the end of our stay when sorting a taxi transfer as we had a lot of luggage. Liked they kept our luggage on the day we were checking out, as we were having a day out at Disney Sea. The family room was very clean and the separate toilet, shower room and dressing areas suited our needs wrll.
very close to both JR Narita station and subway! the most convenient location ever for an excellent price. it's also very clean and quiet. even though facilities like bathroom and eating area are common, everything is spotless and you don't have to worry about your privacy at all - guests are respectful of others and the staff does not interrupt you at any point unless you ask for help. Solid 5/5!
