The bungalows are in an ideal location a stone’s throw away from the beach on the east side of the island which I think is the prettiest. The resort itself is gorgeous! Spotlessly clean and the bungalows and pool area with the surrounding plants and flowers are so pretty. The staff are wonderful! So lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again, and would certainly recommend for anyone looking to holiday on beautiful Gili Air.
Great place to stay! The staff were very helpful and rented bikes for us as soon as we arrived, which meant they were ready within 20 minutes of arrival. Which was amazing! The location is a little away from the beaches and the restaurants, so having the bikes meant that everything was accessible within 5 minutes. They were very cheap to rent. The room was very clean and was a great place to stay. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone.
Very large room with strong AC, big toilet with toiletries provided. Very clean. Unbeatable location on gorgeous beach opposite turtle diving spots. Quiet location with lovely and helpful staff. Next to a very affordable Warung. Walking distance to local turtle sanctuary. Able to easily hire a boat to transfer to Gili A next to the hotel- remember Gili M is a quiet relaxing spot!

Good location, and using the cheap bikes provided at the hotel was ideal. The staff are so friendly which made the hotel better. The rooms as very spacious and comfortable! Would recommend
Extremely friendly staff. Location was perfect. It was very clean, beautifuly decorated, comfortable beds. I would definitely recomend staying here. They also helped us find a driver and rent a motorbike. The laundry service they arranged was also cheap and quick. Everyday there were chocolates waiting for us on bed. So thank you Naia team.
I would give him 11/10 if I could. The location is very close to the harbor so you don't have to use the horse carriage! You get what you have for the price. It is so cheap but very clean and I felt very safe. It is not far from the main street but still very quiet. They can get you good discounts for activities, they know everyone! He was so kind and always smiling and helping me with all my questions. Definitely recommend if you are on a low budget!
