The guest house also offers facilities for disabled guests. This is a fabulous guesthouse which has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Theresa and Robert (the hosts) are incredible welcoming and really made me feel at home. The Irish breakfast was brilliant too! Easy / flexible check in options which really helped with my travel plans. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and some nice chocolate biscuits to accompany. One really helpful addition was the provision of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo etc.). I loved this place!

Property was spotless, shower and bathroom ideal, TV in every room. Only staying for one night,so didn't use the washing machine, oven etc, but all modern and easy to use if needed. Location very handy near train station, will rebook if very in belfast again!
The location was ideal. The set up of cottages and the large chess board were great for the kids. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for us. It was modern and very clean. Getting a later check in worked well for us arriving from Scotland. Being able to contact the owner easily.
The house is beautiful, very modern spotless clean , the hosts Robert and Hilda are lovely people. You dont need anything., Everything was there to cater for our needs. The house is in a great location only around 10 minutes walk into Kesh. We was there visiting family. Was an ideal spot for us and we will definitely return absolutely. Nice secluded location. Quiet enough to walk our dogs on the nearby roads, but only a couple of miles from shops etc. if we needed anything. VERY fresh eggs supplied by hosts. 😁 Apartment very clean and cosy and the enclosed area to the rear was ideal to sit out in the fresh air and let the dogs mosey around. Very relaxing all round.
Excellent location and spectacular views. Host Cathy couldn’t be more helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The beach lift is spotless and very comfortable, it has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend the Skippingstone beach loft if visiting Bangor.

Everything. The location was ideal. It was close to the centre of the city and had parking at the rear of the property. It was safe to walk to and from this property at night. Everything was spotless. It was warm and comfortable.
The apartment was spotless,well equipped,warm ,comfortable a home from home.The location was excellent and any dealings with company I found them very polite and pleasant.We would 100% stay again and will recommend to family and friends.
A great budget hotel in an excellent location. Our room was fairly small but we expected that for the price and it was very clean very comfortable. Staff were terrific and helpful and the cafe downstairs is good value. Plenty of bars and restaurants very close by and we were able to walk everywhere we went. Everybody we met anywhere near the hotel was incredibly friendly and made our stay in Belfast totally awesome.
