Loooovely breakfast, you choose from a menu and they make it fresh for you. On top of that you can eat cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit salad, but you better be hungry after the first part. And the view from the brekafast room is a nice bonus! The house is decorated very nicely and the rooms are nice.

Ideal location, perfect base for day hikes. (24 mins drive to Seathwaite farm for the corridoor route) Really cheap, some reviews are a bit harsh considering how affordable it is. The staff are great, all really friendly.
This property is in an ideal location, close to the motorway. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was exceptional and the menu not your run of the mill selection, so a pleasant surprise. Drinks were cheap, which was ideal as I like a single malt after a day on the road.
