Each room features 55 inch flat screen TV’s, safe boxes, minibar and exclusive bath amenities. The resort features two Olympic-size pools. This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Can't really fault it for anything. Service was perfect, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food was amazing and lots of variety. Rooms were so neat and everything was so clean. The design of the hotel and the rooms is gorgeous! Love the colour scheme and the furniture. Everything is of really high quality, no expense spared. You really get what you pay for. There is a heated pool which is great if you are visiting in the winter. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi which was really nice. The private beach is great place to watch both sunset and sunrise from. The sunrise you can see the sun coming out of the sea. The sunset you can see it setting behind the mountains. It's so beautiful. When we went it was in January (off season) so we literally had all the place to ourselves. It was really a wonderful experience. I totally recommend going in the low season (between November to February). Tip: If you don't have a car, make sure to get the All-Inclusive package so that you have all your meals at the hotel and don't need to go out, because in order to get anywhere you would need a car.

Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is 36 km from Hurghada International Airport. An airport pick up and drop off is available against charge upon request. The property offers free parking. Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.

We were there for the second time and we will come back again.
