Everything was just great. It's not our first stay in the big resort of Madinet Makadi but the first in Jaza Makadi Saraya. The resort is very cozy with everything within easy reach. The staff is exceptional. The reception team is super super helpful. Also, the restaurant team and the beach bar team. The 2 swimming pools are nice and big. The beach is big with sandy areas and rocky areas with a nearby jetty. The food quality is good and the variety is reasonable. Would stay here again and again. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A shout out to Abdallah and Samuel by the Sunflower restaurant and Hussein and Fam by the pool. Amazing personnel who were an asset to the hotel. Room was spacious and the food was decent and of good assortment. We had a room right by the quiet pool which was very convenient. Check in/out was also smooth and seamless. Good value for money.

The staff at the hotel is truly exceptional! They are incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire establishment. One standout member is Mr. Mahmoud Montasser, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was extraordinary. He spared no effort in making sure we enjoyed every moment to the fullest. The entertainment shows were both amusing and enjoyable. Moreover, the restaurant staff is unbelievably kind and attentive, constantly checking in on guests to ensure their needs are met.

This is now our 3rd time staying at this hotel. There are a number of reasons we have become regulars: Outstanding customer service, the staff, especially the animation team exceeded our expectations. They make your stay extra special full of lots of fun for all of the family. Special mention to Boody, DJ Ramy and Shams who always go the extra mile. Ideal Location, situated within good proximity of the beach. The beach is clean, clear blue water and great for snorkeling with many beautiful reefs. High-Quality Dining Options, the hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu with food that surpassed our expectations. The dining staff and chefs are also excellent. Special mention to Abdullah who always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was very sweet towards my children. I would highly recommend this resort. It's great value for money and is especially good for families.
