Guests can make use of a fitness centre. Everything was great, I don’t know where to start.. The food was excellent, I really like the concept of ‘dining’ unlike ‘buffet’. You feel like going on a romantic dinner every night! There are a couple of restaurants on the property and you choose which one you like to go to every day, the food variety is excellent and I especially liked the restaurant on the beach…soooo dreamy and romantic. The resort has it’s private beach which is very nice, clean with many lounge areas and sunbeds (no extra charge), it is sandy and the sea is clean. The staff brings you drinks there and you can relax and swim as much as you like. The pool is great, with sunbeds all around, a great bar and in general a nice atmosphere. The whole property is decorated very boho-chic, everything is new and beautiful. The staff is super nice, welcoming you on every corner, always there for your every need. We especiall liked Selim, the main animator. He was in charge of fun activities and events every day. So there were themed parties and activities if you want. He is such a nice guy and brings so much positive energy. The rooms are nice, cute balconies, beautiful bathrooms, daily stock up of bottled water. There are views everywhere to Makadi bay and the mountains. To sum up, a very very nice new resort - great for a romantic getaway!

The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is 36 km from Hurghada International Airport. An airport pick up and drop off is available against charge upon request. The property offers free parking. Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.
