The staff at the reception (lady named Beyza) is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, big choice of cheese, fruits and dry fruits, just the way I like it. Cheese and spinach pastries were excellent. The hotel is near by dozens of restaurants and cafes, yet it is a quiet place. The backyard is fantastic, although I was not using it too much due to cold weather...Very clean and well maintained.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Moncher hotel in Tuzla Istanbul recently, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. My parents and I chose this hotel as it was conveniently located for my mother's hip replacement surgery, and we were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating it was for handicapped individuals. Right from the moment we entered the hotel, we noticed that it was entirely stair-free, making it easy for my mother to navigate with her walker. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a bathroom that was a good size and featured a convenient walking shower with no bathtub, perfect for someone with limited mobility. Another fantastic feature of this hotel is its free underground parking space, which was a great relief for us as we had a vehicle. What made it even better was the fact that there was an elevator that went all the way down to the parking garage, making it effortless to bring our luggage in and out. The staff at Moncher hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Although, there was a restaurant in the building, there is no easy way to get to it from the inside. Instead, we had to go around the hotel from the outside. If you are handicapped, the staff is able to help you to go through the back door of the restaurant. Also, they are more than happy to order food from outside and deliver it to your room as room service. This was incredibly convenient for us, especially during my mother's recovery period. In addition, the hotel also offers a laundry service for a small charge, which was a huge help for us as we didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat during our stay. The front desk staff was always available, promptly answering any queries and attending to our needs in a timely manner. I must also mention the kindness and thoughtfulness of the housekeeping staff.
