location is very near to kent mall and big park and bursa museum which is fabulous . staff is very professional in dealing, all are speaking english and some are speaking Arabic as well. breakfast is excellent and lot of varieties . Turkish bath is excellent . hotel had special rooms designed for families such as isolated flat with excellent privacy.

Great hotel, fantastic and spacious room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and located on the 5th floor with a good balcony view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ali guided us for the tours which was also great. Overall a great hotel.
