The price of the hotel was in line with the average price in the center of Singapore. Appealed by the good reviews and the additional offer, modestly defined as appetizers and complimentary drinks during "happy hour". In fact, it is a choice of small but sufficient and very elegant dinners and an unlimited free choice bar. Coffee, drinks and light snacks available 24 hours. Now about the staff. Rushing ahead, our highest compliments and thanks. We arrived at 10:30, - so well before check-in time. But we were offered to take a shower and use the pool. They even offered to store our luggage while our rooms were prepared. Although the rooms were officially available only from 15:00, they were prepared for us already at 12:00!! We stayed for 5 nights. Top notch service all the time! The hotel is small. Even though it was fully booked, I didn't feel the presence of the other guests. It is pleasantly different from the big hotels. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in a quiet place by the Singapore River. However, it is easily accessible by taxi and even by subway. Many attractions within walking distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I ever come back to Singapore. And I will definitely try to stay in hotels of the Frazer chain in other countries. Sincere thanks to the hotel team for the elegant service and humane treatment during our stay!

I would definitely recommend this place. Location is great, rooftop pool with bar/restaurant has amazing view, rooms are also very nice and comfortable. Also they have amazing bar and restaurant in the lobby. Great thing is that this hotel has night bar/club which is the place to be in Singapore. (Just need to make reservation).

The facility were very clean, the upkeep of the hostel was like clock work and consistent. Guess it's a Singaporean thing ;D. Very good location, right by Chinatown hawkers, transit and local sites. Staff were approachable and helpful. The black bag with toiletries is very thoughtful. The services provided make this more of a hotel than hostel. I'm recommending this place for anyone coming to Singapore.

I liked everything about this hostel. The staff was nice. She even bought me pancake to try. There's hot and cold water to drink. Shampoo and body soap is also provided. The location is very convenient. Walking distace to the train station, China town and Maxwell food center. I highly recommend this hostel.

Nina, Maica and Mary were absolutely friendly and made us feel welcome from the first second. We even could store our luggage there till we had to go to the airport after check out. The room was very clean and the space was used very effectively and smartly. Location couldn't be any better! It's in the center of Chinatown and just a few steps away from the metro station.

I love about the staff here, they are very helpful with providing lots of useful information. Especially one of the staff (it's a shame I forgot to ask for his name 🥲) , he always sit on the left of the check-in counter, the whole check-in experience and hotel guide is wonderful.
