The junior suite was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staffs were cleaning the room everyday even without us informing the front desk (hats off for the service). On our second night we told them to change the linens and bedsheet and they obliged swiftly! The front desk were very accommodating and will attain to your request promptly. The staff was nice and friendly, It was clean and comfortable. Understands Arabic mostly.but English also. I stayed it when there was very few people there so I liked that atmosphere. I have a car with me so I haven't had the problem moving here and there. And have no idea about taxis and buses to Haram.
