Location is closed to Haram and very easy to reach Haram, I prefered limousine than shuttle bus. Employee Abu Salem is a man never sleep, he goes beyond normal effort to insure guest comfort make sure to ask for his help if need any thing. Restaurants are arround for diverse foods, parcking is chalenge sometimes, if you have a car sont move it until it is necessary. High value of money. New facilities, elevators avaialable at your finger touch. Security is top priority for them. One of good places to stay for budget visitor
Excellent location, great breakfast. We were received very warm upon arrival and the personel helped us greatly with regards to how to get to Madinah from Makkah when checking out. The staff in the small restaurant on the ground floor is amazingly friendly. It was very clean, the hotel in general but also the rooms. We have had a great, pleasant stay.

The Hotel was very clean. You get the vibes that you are in 5 star Hotel. The room were clean as well and the staff was helpful. The location in relatively close to the Masjid. We ( My, my wife and 2 yr old in stroller) often walked to the masjid and other times we took the Taxi (usually standing infront of the hotel). Going rate is 10-15 SAR. However, getting Taxi back was a bit difficult during busy time as no one wanted to take short trip.
Staff is so rude. I have never faced such bad customer dealings in my life. The location is not so far but the location to pick the shuttle (Harram) is so far. It waste the time. In fact it is cheaper in price

We had a wonderful time staying at the Makkah Tower Hotels, in Tower 3. The room was bigger than my expectation, very clean and well maintained. There is ample parking space available across two levels for guests. The only drawback is that you have to pay extra for parking. The staff is courteous and helpful. The location is ideal for those with very young kids, because it's literally 3 mins away from Haram. The Clock Tower is adjacent , and the Makkah Tower also offers a variety of shops and eating outlets.
