We Had a wonderful stay, the apartment has a great atmosphere, location ist very convenient just a short walk to Manger Square/ Church of Nativity. It was a pleasure to also meet the hosts who were very kind and helpful and quick and easy to communicate. I would highly recommend staying in Bethlehem rather than just do a day tour from Jerusalem, it gives the chance to explore the Church of Nativity in the morning and/or evening without many tourists, and also get to know the city itself. It was easy to park the rental car at the Checkpoint (free parking) and walk to the centre and see the Banksy sights along the way (taxis are waiting too, in case one doesn't want to walk...). We also felt very safe at all times.

This was a family-run hotel with modern amenities. Staff were exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to help with transport, recommendations, and services. The room was modern, clean, well designed, and very spacious. The building and story was unique and everyone in the family was professional and kind. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant had wonderful food. I would highly recommend this hote.

Amazing location on a old Bethlehem street and an easy walk to the Manger Square. Michel and Fuad, the father and son hosts, are both extremely helpful. We only met Michel in person and he was delightful whilst Fuad answered messages quickly and helpfully. This is a traditional apartment with two large rooms with a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is a large veranda which is a wonderful addition and has a great view of Bethlehem. As a traditional house it does not have air conditioning but has high ceilings and is compensated by the historical features (and one room has a fan). We would happily stay there again and highly recommend it.

Amazing! It's even better than the pictures. I felt like I was at a penthouse with great views we had! Serena was a great and friendly host, we communicated amazingly on booking and whatsapp. It can easily fit 6-7 people. Place was very clean, smelled sooo nice and you had soap, shampoo, deodorant, an iron and ironing table, etc etc etc..everything you could ever need. There are no words to express the splendid attention we received at the Lotus Boutique Hotel in Bethlehem, it was an exceptional experience! The rooms are 100% beautiful, new, comfortable, pristine clean, excellent wifi, the staff makes you feel at home, they attend to your calls immediately and in the most professional and cordial way. The hotel is located in an area where you find a car park monitored by cameras from the hotel and if you need to buy something there are clothing shops, pharmacies and groceries stores around. 10 minutes walking to Nativity Church but the hotel can arrange a shuttle that can pick you up and drop you off. You can easily rent a car and it is not expensive from 30 dollars a day and the hotel will arrange it for you so that when you arrive you can have it at your disposal. We want to make a special public recognition to Mr. Laith who even before our arrival was attentive to us and made our stay easier, 200/100 points for making us feel safe and happy!
