Location is great; it's easy to get to and from the airport and in and out of Pisa. Quiet spot with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Ample car parking adjacent to the hotel though outside the grounds. Felt safe enough. The room was nice enough and the bathroom facilities perfectly adequate; small shower cubicle but did the job. We had breakfast there one morning and it was very good; all self-service and very much continental style but plenty of choice. We did have a problem when the supplied hairdryer started smoking but we had brought our own. Friendly and helpful staff although they adhere quite strictly to check in times. But they were happy to take luggage in while we went off to visit Pisa.
All in all, adequate without being one to avoid or on the other hand to go out of your way for. We stayed twice; the first night we arrived in Pisa and again the night before we flew out. When we left on the morning to go to the airport it was about 7.15 and there was no one on reception to check us out so we left a note and the staff were very good in getting back to us later to take payment on the phone.

Location is good if you travel by Car, Parking is close by. We could reach Pisa and surrounding Cities via the main roads withing 30 minutes. Good aircondition in room and also in the central area. The central area has pantry coffea machine + cups, fridge. The house is very recently re-decorated.

Warm, friendly and helpful host. Lovely house. Spotlessly clean. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. We stayed for one night before flying out from Pisa airport which is a 20 minute drive. Large supermarkets within 5 minute drive. There's a little bar within 20 steps of the property, and a playground 1 minute away. Parking is free, in a private parking area for residents. Very comfortable beds. Online photos don't really show how lovely the bedrooms are.

We shared the apartment with another couple who also had their own bedroom and separate private bathroom. Location. An easy drive to a car park, with a shuttle bus 5 minutes from the Pisa tower. A 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and launderettes. Private secure parking. Erica, the owner, is lovely and friendly and we managed to speak easily via a translator app.

The location，though not in downtown Pisa，is rather convenient by bus （knowingly most taxi booking apps do not work in Pisa！）. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained，and the neighborhood is beautiful，relaxing and tranquil. Marisa，the landlady is thoughtful，kind and good at communicating with guests from different cultures（plus good command of English ）. We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.
Very relaxed and quiet atmosphere, remote location with no nearby bars or cafes. Local supermarket easily accessible. Super gardens with orchard and lovely pool. Apartment very clean and private. Oven and hob were perfect for self catering, bbq available although we did not use it.
