This might have been one of the best B&Bs in Pisa! Truly gorgeous, modern, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful paintings, amazing location (1 minute walk from the tower!). The breakfast terrace was also, beautiful exactly as in the pictures from when we booked it! Our host, Luca was also very kind, cheery and helpful with any kind of questions. Very glad we booked this place!

It was priced very economically, yet was nice. The owner does not reside on-site so breakfast is do-it-yourself using high-quality packaged pastries, a refrigerator filled with juices, yogurts, etc., and a Nespresso machine. The owner and her family went the extra distance to meet me at the airport and help me lug my bike box and roller bag to the property, and also help me return to the airport the next morning (the routine appears to be that the owner arrives on site mid-morning). They were very nice and accomodating, highly recommended if you need to stay near the Pisa airport and do not need fancy accomodations. The property is a converted house and appears to consist of 3 rooms for guests, and a common room + kitchen (which guests can utilize -- including the pots & pans, etc). NOTE: It seemed that my room and at least one of the other two rooms shared a bathroom. There may also be another room with its own bathroom but I cannot confirm that.
