The best accomodation ever. Everything perfectly clean, everything new. The owner extremly kind. We arrived 2 hours sooner than announced and absolotely no problem. We had to leave very early - again no problem. A lot of sincere smiles. Great supply for breakfeast. We would love to visit again.

We had a great stay. Elena is a very nice host and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Everything went smooth and we very much enjoyed our stay. The AC works perfect and the rooms are very clean and well prepared.

Warm, friendly and helpful host. Lovely house. Spotlessly clean. Spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. We stayed for one night before flying out from Pisa airport which is a 20 minute drive. Large supermarkets within 5 minute drive. There's a little bar within 20 steps of the property, and a playground 1 minute away. Parking is free, in a private parking area for residents. Very comfortable beds. Online photos don't really show how lovely the bedrooms are.

A lovely room and separate private bathroom in a ground floor apartment that includes a kitchen, dining, family area. We shared the apartment with another couple who also had their own bedroom and separate private bathroom. Location. An easy drive to a car park, with a shuttle bus 5 minutes from the Pisa tower. A 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and launderettes. Private secure parking. Erica, the owner, is lovely and friendly and we managed to speak easily via a translator app.

The location，though not in downtown Pisa，is rather convenient by bus （knowingly most taxi booking apps do not work in Pisa！）. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained，and the neighborhood is beautiful，relaxing and tranquil. Marisa，the landlady is thoughtful，kind and good at communicating with guests from different cultures（plus good command of English ）. We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.
