I am so very happy with our stay at ChickenCoop. The position is amazing, like right out of an National Geographic Picture. It was so peaceful and relaxing, only thing I could hear was the little stream outside our house! House itself was beautifully arranged inside, very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was very spacious! I was very pleased to find coffe, oil, tea and other things useful for cooking, as I completely forgot to buy oil 🙄 . Communication with owner was flawless! Directions for check in were very clear.
If you are looking for a place were to stay while driving on the ring road, look no further, this place is perfect! ❤

The location is beautiful. Very nice host. Very funny and playful dogs. Well equiped and nicely located to visit the south west coast. Lots of space. Lots of parking space just nest to the apartment.

Definitely the best guesthouse I've been to in Iceland, and probably one of the best overall.
The room is quite small for 2 people, but has everything you may need. There is also a sink and a hairdryer in the room. The bed was really comfortable.
The common areas were incredibly clean and tidy.
We had a room with a shared bathroom. There are 4 bathrooms (2 are toilets, 2 are toilets with showers). The bathrooms were absolutely immaculate.
There is a kitchen with a microwave, boiler and a toaster.
Breakfast was really good. Locations is just stunning.
Definitely worth visiting.

Breakfast was a delicious spread with many options. Bed was extremely comfortable! Great location, easy to find, comprehensive check in instructions, loved the communal areas with amenities, plenty of parking. Was very clean and overall very comfortable!
The location is fantastic. Very close to the falls. In fact we loved the view of the falls from the kitchen. Nicely organized kitchen. Very clean. We also like the ease of the self check-in so we could arrive at anytime.

The location is perfect. It's actually about 15-minute walk from the Skogafoss Waterfall. The parking is free. It was very clean. In the living room you can use a microwave and a fridge.
