Very modern. Excellent facilities. Well equipped. Large and very spacious. The AC in the bedrooms (not in living area) was very effective-we were in a heatwave! Plenty of hot water and powerful shower. The use of the washing machine.

Very clean house. Perfect location . 1 minute walking feom the sea. The owner left in the fridge welcome sweats for the kids. Perfect beds. The garden is awesome!
Splendid sea view. The Katakolo town is nice but very small. You will need a car to explore the surroundings. We have used the Kourouta beach clubs, 17 km from our location.
