Great location - a 10 minute walk from the City Centre - located in an old Victorian house, with a family feel to the way it is managed by Noreen and the team, without them getting under your feet and in your way. Breakfast was great and cooked to order. WiFi is sufficient and the facilities were of a high standard.

The place was comfy and clean. Decorated well. There was good communication about how to check in and info for the stay. It was nice to have a kitchen to use during the stay.

Location was ideal to spend the day at the Dickensian Christmas markets and be able to walk to Rochester Castle without the hassle of the traffic.

This is definitely a budget hotel but that is reflected in the price which is super cheap. It is a really old building but we found that it lent it a certain charm.
The location is fabulous being at the top of the high street. It has free parking (limited though) and the staff at reception were very friendly and gave dinner recommendations. The room was comfortable, the bath enormous.
Location was ideal close to motorway and Medway towns but away enough to enjoy a peaceful stay.
Stunning property. Room was large and airy. Very clean. Bed very comfortable and spacious bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water.
Breakfast 5* the dining room was set up for us with lots of special touches. Breakfast ingredients good quality and full English served up very hot!!!

We had such a lovely stay here! The location and accommodation are superb. Very clean, lovely host and the facilities that you can use are beautiful. We came to go to Brands Hatch and the distance was ideal. Delicious breakfast. If we are ever going to need a place to stay in the area, we would definitely book again! :-)
