Brendan is a great host and even took me up to the Carrive Forest Park high up in the Ring of Gullion behind Mullaghbawn (which, btw, is what you will need to put into the satnav, not the name booking.com provides). The room was excellent: warm, fresh, with good bathroom and excellent lighting. Breakfast is brought on a tray and there is a chip shop downstairs with a pub at the front. Lovely area too, with so much to see in south Armagh and neighbouring Co Monaghan.

The hospitality and friendliness was very welcoming. Mary is a lovely lady and a good host.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean which is important to us.
The rooms were basic but great value for money. We stayed there for one night and found the staff pleasant.
The breakfast was delicious and had plenty on the plate.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. The hosts are incredibly kind and the cabin was spotless with lots of added homely touches. The highlight for me was definitely meeting their cats, dogs and horses. We’d come back here in a heartbeat!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Our host very kindly left some treats for us in the kitchen and there was lots of local information available.
Loved our stay here we felt very safe an comfortable here, everything was thwre that you needed with a little extras, very clean and the Owenera themselves was very kind an always checking in to make sure everything was ok, would def come back
The location of the cottage is a great central location, we were visiting family in crossmaglen so was perfect for that location and surrounding areas. The views outside are amazing and the owner was really nice helpful and welcoming. He couldn’t have done anymore than he did to make our stay comfortable. We will definetly be back
Really great accommodation - very clean and comfortable. The host Sinead was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. There were lovely touches which Sinead had left for guests - tea/coffee/snacks/porridge pots etc - which was very thoughtful. She even asked if she could heat up any food - though we didn't need that.
Location is very peaceful, and the house is lovely. The nearby town of Crossmaglen has a great pizzeria (Mario's) and chinese takeout (Kams). Everyone we met there were very nice especially the host. I would definitely recommend.
The second bedroom could do with a bedside table, and the sofa could also do with another coffee table at the other end. Lastly, in the summer months when the nights are short, blinds on the windows are very helpful.
Quiet secure location, great for comfort. Everything you would need for a relaxing stay. An added bonus as we could store our motorcycles along side the cottage. If visiting this glorious part of Northern Ireland we'd instantly book this cottage again. The owner was pleasant and very welcoming.
