This accommodation was by far the nicest on our entire Indian Summer road trip. The interior is incredibly beautiful, with love for detail. The rooms are fantastic and everything is in extremely clean condition. But the best thing about this accommodation is the kindness of the owners. Incredibly good service, amazingly nice and give tips to explore the location. Hardly ever had such a great place to stay on our many trips. Unfortunately we were only there one night on our trip. We loved the character of the cottages, the up cycled furniture, the fire pit and games which were available. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable.. It was quiet too at night.

With ocean views from every room, the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a Colonial-style home built in 1832. It is situated on 1.5 acres with flower gardens and rocking chairs on the front porch, all located directly across from Lincolnville Beach. One of the best B & B's we stopped in on our New England adventure. Our room the Focsle although compact was comfortable, clean and had a view of the beach and seafront. The breakfasts were excellent with a different menu each morning cooked freshly to order. Both Mark and Tracy are great hosts and include many extras which makes a stay here exceptional. They are easy to get on with and have a good knowledge of the area, where to go and what to see. There are good fish restaurants within easy walking distance and more a short car journey away. It's rare to find a property of this high standard in such a peaceful location so my advice is go here and enjoy, you won't be disappointed.
