The location is very nice, right in the centre of Balk on the river; one night there was a street party so it was a bit loud, but otherwise very pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable; there are some low beams however so if you are tall be careful when getting out of bed. Our host was very helpful and even allowed us to park our 1933 car in their garage so it was off the street at night!

A cooked breakfast prepared for each of us based on our choices; plus a lovely selection of cereals, fresh fruit, breads, cold meats - perfect! Tea and coffee making facilties in our room was a welcome surprise. Ample parking for cars. Nothing was too much trouble.
