The cabin was great and the service was excellent. We ate a breakfast there and all our dinners and had a choice of what we Would like. We had a variety and everything was excellent. Beautiful location and loved being able to swim in the lake at the end of the garden. We booked a kayak tour and a taxi on our way from the ferry to San Juan del Sur also and the driver was waiting when we disembarked. So helpful and welcoming at Rosa’s and we would tell anyone to head there if asked for a recommendation.

Even though we didn't really speak spanish, Teresa was very helpful with any matter and showed a huge load of patency. The room was cozy and clean, we felt save and kinda at home :)

The lake is on your doorstep with views of the volcano to your right and a great sunset bar to your left. An island paradise with lovely dogs, chickens, a cat, ducks along with a friendly and helpful owner. Scooter access is 100% okay! There is a restaurant next door but if you want to go to others it’s a close 10min drive. Look no further and stay here!

Very friendly owners with great communication. They make lovely meals. Room was basic but everything was clean and neat and there is a fan for the warm weather. Would definitely return.
