Host was waiting for us in the rain at 10 PM, super easy to reach on WhatsApp, amazing breakfast in the morning. Upgraded our stay to a nicer room for no extra charge because it was empty! It was our best stay in Sri Lanka. Connected us with a Tuktuk driver (Chandi) for the morning who gave us a tour around which was perfect - went to two tea plantations, two waterfalls, and so many view points. He also called a friend at the train station to verify our train time and ordered take out for us to pick up and take on the train.

They provided hotwater for driking as well since nuwara elliya weather get very cold. They arranged for paid tuktuk from nanuoya to their home stay and arranged 5AM drop at Nuwara elliya bus stand. Very nice people they provided packaged breakfast for our early morning trip. We were literally moved by the efforts they have put in for customer service. Highly recommend.
